Xiaomi has officially unveiled the entry-level Redmi 7A as an upgrade over last year’s Redmi 6A.
This Redmi 7A will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 processor. This smartphone will be available in two variants – one with 2 gigs of RAM and 16 gigs of onboard storage and the other with 3 gigs of RAM and 32 gigs of onboard storage.
The phone will run on Android 9.0 (Pie) with MIUI 10. The phone will have a notch-less 5.45-inch HD+ (1440 x 720) screen. It will have a single rear camera of 13 megapixels and a selfie camera of 5 megapixels. It will have a 4000 mAh battery. The phone will also have a splash-resistant P2i coating.
The phone is expected to be sold via flash sales. Its pricing details will be launched alongside the Redmi K20 launch on May 28.
